Prepare a simple invoice draft
A practical workflow
Enter your business name, customer details, invoice reference and description, then the amount. Review the preview before printing. Use your browser’s Print to PDF destination for a local copy. The tool creates a simple one-amount draft; it does not issue an invoice through an accounting system or send it to the customer.
Before you send it
Check that the amount, currency, customer and invoice number match the agreed work. Add payment terms and any legally required seller identifiers in the description. Keep a copy with your own accounting records and use a unique invoice reference. This tool cannot determine which tax rules or mandatory invoice fields apply to your business.
Example and limits
For a $250 design job, enter 250 as the amount and describe the deliverable and service date. The displayed $250 is the amount entered, not an automatically tax-adjusted total. There are no line-item tax rates, currency conversion, payment collection or automated numbering. Inputs stay in this page; reloading can lose the draft. Do not rely on the browser as your only accounting record.
